Christmas is a time to spend being all together as a big family. That´s why Redlight Music is concluding the year 2010 with a label compilation. A music celebration joined by all the artist from the Spanish label. Sharing release, motivation, and music styles into a 14 tracks project.
Inside the first compilation of Redlight Music we can find Tech-house, Techno, Deep, House & Electronic music. From artist like Javier Orduña, Max Duke, Santiago Naura, Transphonic, Daytona Team, Plastikkid and more. A good example of the sound of the label.

Poker Flat get's BIG!
We have some tasty news from the Berlin based label Poker Flat Records.
The well known Gentleman Steve Bug is launching "Poker Flat Digital". The project will mainly be a sublabel and will be the platform of new talent artist.
At the same time the label is making 10 years! A long way into music scene and a lot of good music shared that they want to celebrate with a very special compilation pack. The anniversary compilation "All In"! Across this 2 CD selection you‘ll find exclusive new tracks from key Poker Flat artists and some of the most influential singles from the current season. The Limited 3CD edition features some very special hidden treasures from the back catalog in a very special collector pack, selected by Steve Bug.
Not happy with it? Well, beside all this label celebration Steve Bug will release this month "Time Flies (The Best of Steve Bug). A selection of some of the best tracks that the mastermind of Poker Flat has given to us. The release date is 13th March and will be out only digitaly.
After 10 years we can say that Steve Bug and Poker Flat remain stronger than never. And a new artist LP will see the light soon. So, stay tuned.

SUNSET BLVD REMIXES. TENTOGO008
TENTOGO Greek label based in Thessaloniki will release the 8th digital record this week.
"SUNSET BLVRD REMIXES" counts with 3 killer tracks remixing the original "Sunset Blvd" from Damcase. The 3 remixers are Alex Tsiridis (Trapez, Leftroom, D.O.C.), Carlo (Neovinyl, Khazuma) and Denite who will first release this remix for Tentogo.

I thought Alex's remix was pretty good. It's pretty lush and groovy. Maybe a bit swanky for me to play on a regular basis, but I would play it out a bit. :) The other tracks I was so-so on.

New Beatport site to come soon. The online music shop Beatport will launch soon it's 4th version.
The new design will make easier to access to the tracks from the player and will have a more developed interface so that it will be faster and easier to find whatever you want on the site.

The prodigy are back.
The Prodigy will be back soon on 2009. The fans of the band will have a new opportunity to see them live on a UK tour (by now) presenting their forthcoming album "Invaders must die".
For the rest of the world we will have to wait for the would tour after the album release.

Poker Flat Hits 100th
Poker Flat label will reach their 100th release later this month with a remix package of DHS's 1990 classic "House Of God."
DHS is the techno alias of San Francisco-based Ben Stokes. He created the track in 1989 after being inspired by the acid house that was being made around him. At the time of release, it was championed by DJs such as Sven Vath, but also became a big hit on the UK rave scene.
Steve Bug has put together a 12-inch of three remixes to celebrate Poker Flat's 100th release, but the man responsible for the idea was one of the remixers,Phonique. He loved the track so much that he put together his own remix independently, and when Steve heard it, he decided to put it out. Martin Landskyalso contributes a deep, dark mix, while DHS rounds off the release with an updated version of his own dancefloor anthem. (Resident Advisor)

Get Physical Musicmakes 100.
Popular tech house label Get Physical Music will celebrate their 100th release in November 26th.
The imprint is set to do it in style with a release that will pit some of their most famous artists against one another in what the label is calling "battle tracks." As a result, you'll get to hear M.A.N.D.Y. facing off Booka Shade, resident English weirdoes Italoboyz vs resident French weirdoes Nôze and many more. As we know from Get Physical's fifth birthday compilation, this is one imprint that doesn't shy away from celebration—with good music attached—so expect some of these tracks to transcend the novelty "battle" tag and actually find their way into the boxes of top-flight DJs, including perhaps any of the three tracks that will be available as digital-only supplements to the vinyl release.

Piemont. The Strange Worlds Beyond
Piemont is set to release their debut full-length on My Best Friend early next year. The album, titled Strange Worlds Beyond, will feature new and unreleased tracks from the duo of Christian de Jonquières and Frederic Moering-Sack. That's a surprise, considering the boys have put out three 12-inches on the imprint in 2008 alone. But they've also included some of their club hits to garnish the new joints: "Black Smoker," "Superheated," "Carbonat" and "Central Mouth" are all set to appear on the CD, which includes 14 tracks altogether. The sound, as you might expect, is mighty similar to their work on the label thus far—"funky rocking moments of clubbiness" is the term that the press notes use—along with some moments of distinctly abstract beat-driven fare like "Loss of Focus" and emotional techno like "Died Out."
